Wrapping is an integral part that ends the production process in confectionery production industry. Confection like chocolates, sweets, chewing gums etc. are wrapped for protection and also to enhance its attractiveness. The process of wrapping must be done safely to ensure the product are safe, free from any contaminant and fit for consumption.
